For decades, the Kokkola Industrial Park has been a region of strong growth. The area’s numerous chemical and metal refining companies are global leaders in several product market areas by many measures.

Today, the number of industrial/production companies in the KIP area is 16, and these companies operate a total of 21 plants.

Service companies operating in the Kokkola Industrial Park support the core functions of the area’s production facilities. There are approximately 60 service companies in the area.
