KIP Infra develops competitiveness in the Kokkola Industrial Park, by providing flexible premises solutions, logistical services, and infrastructure. Our mission is to ensure your business’ operational reliability and growth – we rent out facilities and build new premises according to your needs, and we provide the services to support your business. We own Finland’s first ever commercial IMO field for chemical storage, and we provide different storage and commodity network services in the KIP area. KIP Infra also owns and rents out office spaces in Yritystalo Evald and Kokkolan iPark, office buildings located in the Kokkola city center.
Port Tower – Modern office spaces in key location
Port Tower is a modern office building located in the vicinity of Kokkola Industrial Park, providing adjustable and individual office spaces. All spaces are modifiable to your specific needs. The building also operates as gateway to the KIP area, and in addition to offering excellent office spaces, it also has an outstanding setting for meetings, events, and training.
Tower Bistro restaurant is located downstairs on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a fabulous lunch, and order quality serving for your training and events.
