Kokkolan Energia

Kokkolan Energia Group is a regional electricity network operator, electricity producer and seller, LNG terminal owner and operator, and district heating company fully owned by the City of Kokkola. The Group is part of society’s critical infrastructure, i.e., the basic structures, services, and related functions that are essential for maintaining society’s vital functions.

The Group consists of the parent company Kokkolan Energia Ltd., Kokkolan Energiaverkot Ltd. and Kokkolan Voima Ltd. Kokkolan Energia has a turnover of EUR 74 million and employs 135 energy professionals (2024).
